Beachglass

Moe !!

This is a mix of the beachglass i have made by myself. Making it was easy, since all you need is a shards of the broken glass, the proper sand for smoothing and the machine with the rolling cylinders. You just put the glass, the sand and some water to the cylinders and let them roll as long as you feel necessary. Machine will make some noise, so you eventually want to put it to the other room. Too thin or too small objects tend to break and too big pieces wont roll arounf properly. Painted glass wont do, because paint will be scraped off during the process.

You can do this to peices of porcelain/china as well, but you should use only material that has pictures under the glaze. If pictures are painted or gilded on the surface, they will be sanded off.

I have made some hanging mobile decorations from the beachglass, but i think that i will give these to my mother and she can use them as a garden decoration.
